Abstract
Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with early breast cancer admitted in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2016, were divided into two groups according to different surgical treatment. They were named observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with plastic breast conserving surgery, while the control group was treated with traditional breast conserving surgery.The cosmetic effect and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of breast appearance in the observation group (76.67%) was significantly increased compared with that in the control group (45.00%) after treatment; while the incidence of poor healing (1.67%), hematoma (3.33%), seroma (11.67%) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (11.67%, 13.33% and 46.67%; P<0.05). Conclusion Oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of poor healing in the treatment of early breast cancer, it has high clinical safety and significant cosmetic effect.关键词
