摘要
Abstract
Objective Using the skin elasticity test device, we analyze age and regional body differences of the viscoelastic properties of healthy Chinese Han subjects. Methods Using non-invasive skin elasticity device, we analyze the viscoelastic properties of Han Chinese subjects without skin disease. A total of 669 healthy volunteers were recruited which were divided the participants into seven groups according to the age differences. The biomechanical properties of the skin were respectively measured respectively using this device on eight body sites:forehead (FH),crow's feet, apex nasi, nasolabial groove, neck, flexible forearm, peripheral umbilicus and anterior bibial. Results The skin elasticity of non-exposed body-sites is higher than exposed on the face. The parameters of R1,R4,and R9 increase with the age, while the parameters of R2,R5 and R7 decline with the age.Among which, the most significant decline is found in the crow's feet, especially in the age group of beyond 30. The skin becoming more fatigue during age growth among the crow's feet, nasolabial groove, neck, and flexible forearm locations. Conclusion Non-invasive skin elasticity measurement is demonstrated as of great use for the quantitative evaluation of age-related and region-related changes.关键词
