摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and emotion of patients with large-area burns. Methods 84 cases of patients with large-area burns in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2015 were collected. These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, n=42.Patients in control group were treated by routine nursing, patients in observation group were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, psychological status of patients in two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention, followed up for 6 months, life quality of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results Negative emotion of patients in observation group improved significantly than control group; after 6 months, quality of life scores of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on the negative emotion improvement of patients with large-area burns, which also can improve the psychological health and life quality of patients,it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.关键词
