Abstract
The cultivation of new type professional farmers has been implemented as a state strategy with well-planned guidelines.To carry out the state strategy, the Ministry of Agriculture initiated a pilot center and a project of the cultivation of new type professional farmers as well as a plan of cultivating modern young farm directors.A framework consisting of trinity system, three-type collaboration and three-level connectivity has been established to guarantee the herculean efforts at cultivating new-type professional farmers.The Central Agricultural Radio and TV School as a government-run institution specializing in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers is now exploring a cultivation system consisting of specialized institutions, multiple resources and market mainbodies under the coordination of government, and building a platform of gathering resources and utilizing them systematically to improve the training of new type professional farmers with joint efforts.关键词
