Abstract
The excellent rural talents of public management are characterized by the "five excellences" and "five strengths" as the basic quality of public management, and by the five basic public management professional skills of "judging, defending, writing, speaking, and doig".Caseteachingisplayingaroleinstimulatingstudents'senseofsocialresponsibilityinservingruralareasandcultivatingstudents'outstandingabilityofpublicmanagementinthetrainingofoutstandingruraltalentsofpublicmanagement.Themeasurestakeninsuchacaseteachingareasfollows:establisha"trinity"caseteachingsystem,buildaproductivecaseteachingmethodsystem,andorganizeinfluentialcase-studyteachingcontests.Tocontinuouslypromotesuchaprojectofcaseteaching,weneedtopromotetheconceptofinnovation,strengthentheteachingstaff,improvethesupportingmeasuresandpushtheextensiveapplicationofcaseteaching.关键词
