Abstract
Teachers are the mainstay of university, guaranteeing the university development and innovative talents training in the role of a core element.This paper takes A University in Jiangxi Province, a typical agricultural and forestry university, as the research object, uses the SWOT method to comprehensively analyze its teacher team construction and provides some counter-measures as reference for local agricultural and forestry universities' construction of teaching team.关键词
