基于ESI、SCI的高校农业科学发展个案研究——以南京农业大学为例
On ESI&SCI-Based Agricultural Science Development of Universities: Using Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract
With ESI&SCI databases and NAU as a case, our statistical analysis on the general publication of papers in agricultural science field, the citation ratio of papers of recent decade, the specific journals where NAU papers are highly quoted, the journals where NAU papers are mostly carried, and the academic institutions with close cooperation with NAU showed that the NAU academic achievement is attributed to the university'attention to the discipline and research platforms construction.The construction of the world first-rate agricultural university must be preceded by the attention to the hot and front spots of academic disciplines, the prolific production of highly cited or hot issue papers, the sustainable research on the topics with deep potentials and the turn-out of high quality papers with strengthened and effective International exchanges and cooperations, the reform of research evaluation system to focus on quality and impact but not quantity, and the original research aiming at key and front issues.关键词
