Improving Capacities of Health Services Delivery: the Key to the Sustainable Development of Grass-roots Medical Service System

Abstract
In order to achieve the sustainable development of grass-roots medical service system,it is very important to improve the capacities of health services delivery of grass-roots medical institutions.With regard to this aspect,10 suggestions were put forward in this article:strengthening the capabilities of medical services delivered at the outpatients;raising the emergency management capabilities;bettering the services for inpatients;enhancing the accuracy rate of some routine examinations,such as routine laboratory testing,medical imaging examination,electrocardiographic examination and so on,and better satisfying the needs of patients for basic drugs and offering them reasonable medication instructions;playing the effective role of traditional Chinese medicine;ensuring the healthcare safety and quality;putting emphasis on the effectiveness of public health services;strongly encouraging family physicians to offer contracted services;elevating the residents' satisfaction with service experience and sense of gain;upgrading the service informatization level of grass-roots medical institutions.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide a reference for improving the capacities of health services delivery and promoting the sustainable development of grass-roots medical service system.关键词
