摘要
Abstract
As Guangzhou has developed a series of effective management modes for primary healthcare service system,we specially invited several managers of primary healthcare service providers in Guangzhou to share their experience on developing management modes for primary healthcare service system.HU Bing-jie,Deputy Director of Health and Family Planning Commission of Guangzhou Municipality,briefly reviewed the comprehensive reform of primary healthcare service system in Guangzhou.ZENG Jian-xin,Deputy Director of Huadu District Health and Family Planning Bureau,presented the " 1 yuan payment to see a doctor" mode,a new mode of providing healthcare services for rural residents in Huadu District,which meanslthat when rural residents in Huadu District seeing a doctor in rural health stations,the consultation and drugs are free,they only pay 1 yuan as the registration fee,and another 1 yuan as the injection fee in the condition that they need an injection.LI Zhi-wu,Deputy Director of Zengcheng District Health and Family Planning Bureau,introduced the management mode of " hospital run by the hospital director" carried out initiatively in Zengcheng District.GAO Li,Deputy Director of Nansha District Health and Family Planning Bureau,described the mode of integrated management of town-and village-level medical and health institutions implemented in Nansha District.JIANG Yu-ping,Director of Huangpu District Hongshan Street Community HealthService Center,illustrated the " Hongshan mode",a new closed-loop community health service mode developed in their center.LI Jun,Secretary of the General Party Branch of Haizhu District Shayuan Street Community Health Service Center,narrated their experience of innovating management mode for guaranteeing the service quality by constructing a comprehensive medical management system and initially providing contracted services delivered by family doctors.CHEN Jian-ying,Director and Party Branch Secretary of Yuexiu District Baiyun Street Community Health Service Center,expounded the chronic disease management undertaken in their center.XU Hui-yan,Director and Party Branch Secretary of Liwan District Hualin Street Community Health Service Center,introduced the management mode carried out in their center which is characterized by culturing the specialities of general practitioners and expanding the delivery of featured services and special needs services.ZHANG Ying,Deputy Director of Yuexiu District Guangta Street Community Health Service Center,elaborated the medical-nursing combined care mode implemented in their center.It is expected that the above innovative management modes for primary healthcare service system and corresponding experience can provide a reference for the comprehensive reform and effective management of primary healthcare service system in other areas of China.关键词
