Abstract
Teaching staff in general medicine (general teaching staff) directly involved in the training of young general practitioners,their own comprehensive quality has a direct impact on the quality of the future general practitioner.The author elaborates this mainly from three aspects,they are the present situation of structure of the domestic and international general teaching staff,research status of the training of domestic and international general teaching staff,and research status of the standard of domestic and international general teaching staff,and proposes the vision and prospect relating to the construction of general teaching staff according to the development status of Chinese general medicine and its educational construction,so as to provide direction and guidance for the development and continuing education of general teaching staff,and promote faster and better development of general medicine and its education.关键词
