新疆全科(助理)医师规范化培训的过程培养现状研究
Present Process Training Situation of Standardized Training of General (Assistant) Practitioners in Xinjiang

Abstract
Objective To study the present process training situation of standardized training of the general (assistant) practitioners in Xinjiang.Methods In March 2016,five bases from 10 general practitioners training bases identified by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Health and Family Planning Commission in 2013 were selected by using the drawing method.A total of 246 trainees who were receiving generalized (assistant) physician training in these five bases were selected as the research subjects.According to the included conditions and training status collected in the pre-study in the research group,self-designed questionnaires were used to collect trainees' evaluation of conditions of the bases and the training status,and it mainly included the evaluation of the trainees on the basic conditions of the training base,training system,training content,teaching conditions,training appraisal and the training effects.Results All of the 10 training bases (100.0%) had practice bases of collaborative communities,and the title of teachers was attending physician or above it;the bases had developed measures for the implementation of standardized training of general practitioners,specific check on work attendance,assessment and reward and punishment system;all had made training plan of public theory,specialized knowledge and skill according to Standardized Training Content and Standard of Resident Physicians (on trial) (Content and Standard).Four (40.0%) training bases organized and carried out department entrance examiuation on time and seven (70.0%) training bases carried out the department rotation examination and annual assessment with reference to Content and Standard.95.1% (234/246) of the trainees believed that the training departments meet the requirements of training,53.7% (132/246) of the trainees believed that the disease types of training departments meet the needs of training,92.3% (227/246) of the trainees believed that the teaching force meet the training requirements;98.8% (243/246) of the trainees were satisfied with the evaluation management system;97.2% (239/246) of the trainees believed that the educational form and content of admission to the department meet the requirements of training;62.2% (153/246) of the trainees believed that the entrance examination system was in line with the training requirements,97.6% (240/246) of the trainees believed that the after-department examination system meet the requirements of training,98.0% (241/246) of the trainees considered that the annual assessment system meet the requirements of training;87.0% (214/246) of the trainees believed that the training will help improve the level of operation skills,100.0% (246/246) of the trainees believed that the training will help enrich the expertise,100.0% (246/246) of the trainees believed that the training will help improve the service capacity of patients of all ethnic groups,40.7% (100/246) of the trainees believed that the training will help improve scientific research ability.Conclusion There are advantages and shortcomings in the process training of standardized training of the general (assistant) practitioners in Xinjiang.We should ensure that the disease types of the training department meet the training standards,increase the emphasizing degree of department entrance examination,ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of assessment,increase training awareness of scientific researches and encourage scientific research behaviors of the trainees.关键词
