“益气升阳活血法”指导下中药配合针灸、穴位埋线治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效研究
Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture and Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis under the Guidance of" Reinforcing Qi, Elevating Yang and Invigorating Blood Circulation"

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) under the guidance of " activating qi,lifting yang and invigorating blood circulation".Methods 120 patients with CAG,who received treatment in the Department of Gastroenterology of the Affiliated Hospital of Logistics College of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces from March 2014 to June 2016,were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random table mathod.Each group had 60 cases.The complex therapy of weifuchun pills,folic acid and teprenone was given to patients in control group,and traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding treatment under guidance of " reinforcing qi,elevating yang and invigorating blood circulation" to patients in observation group,and the prescription was granule of NO.1 of atrophic gastritis.Patients in the two groups were treated for six months.Their clinical symptom scores,pathological grading and clinical effects were compared.Results A total of 96 patients finished the treatment as required,48 patients in each group.The clinical symptom scores of patients in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P ＞ 0.05);the clinical symptom scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the pathological grading of gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia of patients in the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05);the pathological grading of gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia of patients in observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The clinical effects of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding treatment under guidance of " reinforcing qi,elevating yang and invigorating blood circulation" has definite clinical effects,which can reverse and block the progress of atrophy and relieve clinical symptoms of patients to some extent.关键词
