天灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症之腰痛的临床疗效研究
Clinical Effects of Crude Herb Moxibustion on Treating Low Back Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of crude herb moxibustion on treating low back pain of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation who were with low back pain complaints and received treatment in the Outpatient of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Deparment in Guangdong Hospital of TCM from December 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and crude herb moxibustion group by random number table method.Each group had 30 cases.Patients in crude herb moxibustion group were treated with crude herb moxibustion,of which white mustard seed,asarum,euphorbia kansui and rhizoma corydalis added with ginger juice were made into ointment;while patients in control group were treated with placebo crude herb moxibustion,of which buckwheat powder and pigment added with ginger juice was made into ointment.Both of the two groups were treated for four weeks.The scores of Low Back Pain Scale of Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS),and clinical efficacy before and after treatment of patients in two groups were compared.Results A total of 57 patients completed the treatment according to the requirements,respectively,the control group of 29 cases,and the crude herb moxibustion group of 28 cases.The scores of JOA Low Back Pain Scale and VAS before treatment of patients in two groups showed no significant differences (P ＞ 0.05);the scores of JOA Low Back Pain Scale after treatment of patients in crude herb moxibustion group were significantly higher than those in control group,while VAS scores were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05);The JOA Low Back Pain Scale scores and VAS scores of patients in two groups after treatment were significantly higher and lower than those before treatment respectively (P＜ 0.05).The clinical effect of crude herb moxibustion group was significantly better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The crude herb moxibustion therapy has definite clinical effect on treating low back pain of lumbar disc herniation,it can alleviate the pain degree of patients and be used in a simple and secure way,which is worth promoting in clinic.关键词
