摘要
Abstract
Foreign body in esophagus is a clinical common emergency disease,which often occurs in children and the elderly.Moreover,misdiagnosis and therapeutic errors are caused as patients are often unable to provide correct medical history.It will easily lead to serious complications such as esophageal perforation if the patient cannot get timely and effective diagnosis and treatment.The paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of one case with huge foreign body in esophagus of suspected acute pancreatitis in the other hospital,and combines with literature review to improve the clinicians' understanding of this disease and reduce misdiagnosis.关键词
