摘要
Abstract
Pleural effusions usually arise as underlying disease processes,including heart failure,infection,malignancy,etc.Malignant pleural effusions (MPEs)are caused by malignant tumors.Our understanding of MPEs,including diagnosis and treatment,has made tremendous progress.Specific molecular marker detection,risk stratification,and thoracic catheterization may develop progressively and may become the standard of care in the future.Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant pleural effusion has brought new hope to the clinical work.关键词
