摘要
Abstract
Women with hypertension during pregnancy are likely to develop severe preeclampsia and multiple organ damage,leading to serious complications of mother and child.Patients with hypertension should be comprehensively assessed for risk before pregnancy.Blood pressure should be controlled with in the normal range before pregnancy and the appropriate pregnancy time should be selected.The monitoring during pregnancy should be strengthened and aspirin should be used to prevent preeclampsia.The timing and manner of termination of pregnancy should be decided according to the severity of illness and the situation of mother and child.Blood pressure must be monitored during childbirth and postpartum follow-up must be strengthened.关键词
