妊娠期白血病12例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 12 pregnant women complicated with leukemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of leukemia in pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 12 women with leukemia in pregnancy between January 2002 and December 2014(except those who were diagnosed with leukemia before pregnancy and after delivery).Resuits There was only 12 cases in the past 12 years.All of the cases were diagnosed by bone marrow puncture.The most frequently encountered cancer type was acute myeloid leukemia (n=8).The other types were chronic myelocytic leukemia (n=3) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (n=l).Treatment was initiated during pregnancy in one patient,postpartum in 8 patients.Four patients were dead during a follow-up of 11 to 124 months,and 3 were lost.Totally,5 neonates were born,and all of the babies are healthy.Conclusion The physiological change of hematological system in pregnancy seems to disturb little the pathological change of leukemia.There are many fatal complications in delivery and puerperium of pregnant women complicated with leukemia,which should gain more attention.关键词
