Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of the hysterectomy on premenopausal patients with leiomyoma after the surgery by Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI).Methods Fifty patients who underwent hysterectomy because of leiomyoma and one hundred and twelve healthy women were respectively selected from our hospital from January 1,2014 to August 1,2016.All the participants are premenopausal.The Female Sexual Function Index was used to compare the differences between the two groups.Results Average age of healthy group and surgical group was 44.47 ± 2.93 and 45.32±2.39.The score of FSFI for healthy group was 24.58±4.35,while the score for surgical group was 18.35±9.62,there being significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).FSFI included sexual desire,arousal,lubrication,orgasm,satisfaction and pain.There were significant differences between the two groups in sexual desire,arousal,orgasm and satisfaction (P ＜ 0.05),but there were no significant differences in sexual lubrication and pain (P ＞ 0.05).The scores of FSFI for abdominal and laproascopic group were 17.11± 10.30 and 19.41±9.07,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Hysterectomy can obviously affect the sexual life of patients with leiomyoma,but there is no difference between laparoscopic and abdominal surgery.关键词
