改良Nance托牵引装置矫治唇侧埋伏阻生上颌尖牙临床研究
Clinical research of the upper labial impacted canines by modified Nance arch
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical results of treatment for upper labial impacted canines by modified Nance arch.Methods Thirty cases of the upper labial impacted canines were chosen with a greater possibility of successful guided eruption.All cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was given the modified Nance arch as anchorage.Control group was treated with the straight wire technique;compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results All impacted canines of treatment group were moved to the normal position,no roots resorption.The time of traction and comprehensive treatment was significantly reduced compared with control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the upper labial impacted canines using modified Nance arch effects significant and worthy of promotion.关键词
