摘要
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus has become the leading cause of chronic kidney disease in China.The research increasingly shows that macroalbuminuria/proteinuria and diabetic retinopathy are not sensitive markers for diabetic kidney disease.However,the pathology of diabetes mellitus with renal injury is complicated.On the basis of appropriately identify the biopsy contra-indications and broaden the biopsy indications for diabetic kidney disease.Renal biopsy is the golden standard and very important method to reduce the misdiagnosis.Therefore,a more extensive use of biopsy is advisable.关键词
