Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common complications of diabetes and is the primary cause of end stage renal disease.In our opinion" Three-stage prevention and integrative therapy" is the current strategy to manage diabetic kidney disease.The first-stage prevention for diabetic patients is to prevent the occurrence of microalbuminuria.The second-stage prevention is the early treatment of microalbuminuria,to reduce or delay the occurrence of clinical albuminuria.The third-stage prevention is to prevent the progress of CKD for those diabetic patients with clinical albuminuria with or without renal impairment "Integrative therapy" includes the control of hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia,and blood pressure and the wide-spread use of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitors,lifestyle intervention,treatment of CKD complications,dialysis treatment etc.关键词
