摘要
Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a polygenetic disorder.Identification of its susceptibility genes are useful for elucidating the mechanism ofpathogenesis,thus providing dues for clinical diagnosis and therapy.At present,most genetic studies for DN are candidate gene studies and genome-wide association studies.Although numbers of potential susceptibility genes for DN have been identified,causal loci for DN are still unknown.In the future,researchers perhaps should make efforts to enlarge sample size,diagnose DN with precise phenotypes,and conduct studies through other genetic approaches,such as the next generation sequencing and epigenetic studies.关键词
