肛周瘘管型克罗恩病处理原则

摘要
Abstract
Fistula disease is very common in Crohn's disease. Complex fistula or multiple fistula can be added up to 23%. Fistula disease is very difficult in Crohn's disease treatment. Principle of treatment of perianal fistulizing Crohn' s disease is making a diagnosis based on local lesion feature, so it can be avoided by making an error decision and treatment. After multi-disciplinary collaboration in evaluating Crohn's disease,surgical drainage should be performed in the infected location at first. The drug treatment should be then used to control the inflammation. The definitive surgical repair is determined at last.关键词
