Abstract
Objective To observe the clinic effect of ultrasound-guided femoral nerve and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block combined laryngeal mask anesthesia in femoral neck fracture, and to evaluated the security and reliability of this anesthesia method. Methods A number of 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The A group underwent ultrasound-guided femoral nerve and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block combined laryngeal mask anesthesia. The C group underwent laryngeal mask anesthesia. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded before anesthesia, skin incision, periosteum stripping, end of operation and removement of laryngeal mask. The onset time of lower extremity and recovery time of sensorimotor function were recorded. Pain score were recorded at 6, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Awakening time, extubation time, medicine dosage, restlessness and recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis were recorded. Results MAP and HR at T2, T3, T4, T5 were compared, and difference was statistically significant.VAS scores at 4, 8, and 12 h after resting were compared, and the difference was statistically significant. A group was better. Awakening time, extubation time, medicine dosage, restlessness and recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis between two groups were statistically different, and group A had better quality. Intraoperative, PACU, and postoperative 24 h, and difference of the sufentanil dosage was statistically significant, and group A was significantly lower than C. Conclusions This anesthesia method has little effect on hemodynamics and pulmonary function. Quality of resuscitation is better, and analgesia time is longer after operation. It is safety and simple manipulation, and has less complication. Recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis is shorter.关键词
