免试剂离子色谱(RFIC)法测定卷烟主流烟气总粒相物中的烟碱
Determination of nicotine in total particulate matter of mainstream cigarette smoke by reagent-free ion chromatography

Abstract
A method was developed for separation and determination of nicotine by reagent free ion chromatography (RFIC) coupled to ultraviolet detection with external calibration.Separation was achieved by gradient elution with a carboxylate-functionalized cationexchange column CS 19 in a short time.Under the optimum elution conditions,no interferences existed between nicotine and anatabine (or nomicotine).The relative standard deviations for nicotine standard solution and cigarette sample were 0.49% and 2.3% (n=5),respectively.The linear range of nicotine was 1.00 ~ 500.0 μg/mL,with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.9999.The limit of detection (LOD) in terms of signal-to-noise of 3∶1 is 0.8 μg/cig.The spiked recovery ranged from 93.2% to 101.7%.Two certified reference cigarettes (CRCs) from China Tobacco Standardization Research Center were determined.The determined results and certified values were 0.588,0.942 mg/cig and 0.60±0.085,1.00±0.137 mg/cig,respectively,indicating good accuracy of the method.The present method was proved a potential alternative to gas chromatography (GC),high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),and ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method.关键词
