Abstract
Objectives:To study the correlation between medical humanities quality and AIDS discrimination among medical students and provide new ways to reduce AIDS discrimination.Methods:7 medical schools were selected in our country,survey were conducted among postgraduate students selected from major of clinical medicine,preventive medicine and nursing,taking class as a unit and randomized cluster sampling method was used,about 40 students were chosen from each grade.Self-designed questionnaire were used to conducted anonymous survey.Database was set up by using EpiData 3.0,data were analyzed through SPSS 20.0.Results:3658 effective questionnaires were collected.The score of medical students' medical humanities quality was (86.9 ± 9.7),the proportion of medical students with AIDS discrimination was 31％,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 95.8％.Binary Logistic regression analysis results showed that comparing with the group of [0-70),OR value of the group of [80-90)、[90-100] were 1.895、2.040,respectively,which means the higher the score,the lower AIDS discrimination.Conclusions:There exists correlation relationship between medical humanities quality and AIDS discrimination among medical students,improving their medical humanities quality is helpful to reduce AIDS discrimination.关键词
