摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI and ultrasound equipments for breast intraductal papilloma.Methods: To collect 37 patients with breast intraductal isolated or multiple papilloma confirmed by pathology as research samples, and all patients were detected by preoperative breast X-ray, ultrasound, breast special MRI plain scan and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI. To observe the lesion size, shape, location, margin, polymorphism detected by ultrasound and MRI plain scan, respectively, and analyze the relationship between them and ducts based on the breast image reporter and BI-RADS; and analyze the intensified pattern of lesion by dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI.Results:Among 39 lesions in 37 patients were confirmed by pathology, 36 lesions were diagnosed by MRI, and 2 patients were positive in MRI bilateral lesions detection; most of lesions were multiple small nodular or ring enhancement which distributed along catheter, and part of them were areola area isolation or multiple nodular enhancement. 32 lesions were diagnosed by ultrasound, and most of them were papillary or nodular hypoechoic in expansive duct. Among of them, 13 lesions appeared blood flow signal in lesion interior or around lesions.Conclusion: Both of MRI and ultrasound can be used to diagnose breast intraductal papilloma, but the MRI is better than ultrasound in lesion detection rate and accuracy, especially in identification of benign or malignant for intraductal papilloma.
