医院医用耗材全生命周期年度巡检管理模式的研究

Abstract
Objective:To implement the annual patrol for whole life cycle medical consumables in hospital and make the risk-based internal management concept gradually penetrated into supervision department of medicine and material of hospital, so as to reduce medical risk and improve the safety of clinical usage.Methods:By strengthening the study "Supervision and Regulation of Medical Devices", combined with "military medical consumables management specification", a consumables annual patrol work plan were drawn up. According to the consumables category, patrollers were divided into three inspection groups, such as high value, low value and reagent; and the patrol contents combined with the key point of hospital management were listed; patrollers regularly inspected various department in every month, and completed a full inspection every six months; they have recorded the details of inspection content and finally got completely patrol report.Results:This mode settled the problems that the consumables management were unable to penetrate into the clinic and improved the end of life cycle management of consumables. Through the regularly patrol in every month, patrollers have found a series problems, such as the idle items of the department inventory, the expired consumables in ambulance, and excess deposited consumables, etc. By strengthening control for inventory, each department will known the number of consumables in every month, and can reduce the blind applications.Conclusion: Annual routing inspection for whole life cycle of medical consumable will positively improve medical quality, protect patients rights, and enhance service support capability of biomedical engineering staffs.关键词
