针刺改善阿尔茨海默病模型动物记忆障碍的机制研究
The mechanism of acupuncture improving memory dysfunction in AD animal model
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease (AD), also called senile dementia, has been the third main disease threatened human health. As major clinical manifestation in AD, memory dysfunction could be treated well by acupuncture which has distinctive advantage for this kind of disease. Recently, there are many studies reported that acupuncture improved memory in AD model. In combined with our researching progress, we reviewed mechanisms of acupuncture for improving memory dysfunction in AD models in terms of reducing Aβ and tau level, enhancing synaptic transmission, promoting cholinergic neurons activity, increasing monoamine neurotransmitter level, antioxidant, protecting neurons from injury and promoting brain neurotrophic factors expression. Based on above research results, acupuncture is effective for improving memory dysfunction in AD animal model.关键词
