论我国中药法律监管机制的完善
Perfection of Legal Regulation Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the problems and provide suggestions on legal regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The problems and proposals in respect of legislation, supervision, quality standard system, supervision team and the overall lev-el of practitioners were discussed. Results and Conclusion Through perfection on the legal supervision system of traditional Chinese medicine, we can ensure the lawful and effective enforcement of administrative agencies, which is help to guarantee the safety of the public use drugs and promote the healthy development of the traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
