Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of puerarin, naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin in Shensu Zhike Syrup. Methods The Venusil MP C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used with Methanol-water ( 25 :75 ) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the detection wavelength was 283 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear ranges of puerarin, naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin were 6. 4013-64. 0128 μg/mL ( r=0. 9996 ) , 4. 2956-42. 9559 μg/mL ( r=0. 9998 ) , 3. 8539-38. 5393 μg/mL ( r=0. 9997 ) and 0. 5625-5. 6254 μg/mL ( r=0. 9998 ) respectively. Their average recovery rates were 99. 46%, 99. 64%, 99. 55% and 99. 45%, RSD=0. 59%, 0. 63%, 0. 50%and 0. 67% ( n=9 ) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability and can exclude the interference of other components, which can be used for the quality control of the product.关键词
