摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the HPLC method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Shugan Hewei Pills. Methods A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid ( 14:86 ) at the flow rate of 2. 0 mL/min. The de-tection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0. 06126-1. 2252 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery was 97. 98% with RSD=1. 64% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The improved method is sim-ple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Shugan Hewei Pills.关键词
