Abstract
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of medicinal flowers Lamei Rutin. Methods Agilent C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the column temperature was 30 ℃, Methanol-0. 05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution ( 35:65 ) , the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min. Results In the selected chromatographic conditions, the peak area of the common logarithm ( Y ) of the commonly used sample size to number of ( X ) for linear regression, the regression equation was Y=1643977. 49 X+34610. 54, the linear range was 0. 00519-1. 5570 μg ( r2=1. 00 ) , the recovery rate was 98. 91%, RSD was 1. 55%( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Rutin Chimonanthus flowers.关键词
