摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of saikosaponin a in Chaihu Dispensing Granules. Methods HPLC analysis was performed on an Welch Ultimate XB-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) with acetonitrile-methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The calibration curve of saikosaponin a showed a good linearity within the range of 0. 6604-6. 6040 μg, and the regression equation was Y=288. 216 X-6. 057 ( r=0. 99997 ) . The average recovery was 101. 99% and RSD was 1. 91% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible to operate and is suitable for the quality control of Chaihu Dispensing Granules.关键词
