摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the verification scheme of cold chain passive thermal insulation box in the drug cold chain trans-port process. Methods Deming cycle ( PDCA Cycle ) and fishbone chart were combined to test the temperature change curve in different parts in the full passive insulation box within 8 hours. At the same time, the drug quality was checked by drug delivery product sam-pling. Results The designed method was in accordance with basic requirements of the temperature management of cold medicine, and was stable and reliable. This method was conductive to achieve the transport requirements for company′s cold chain of cold medicine and ensure the quality of drugs in transit. Conclusion Drug cold chain verification is a systematic project, which needs to form an ef-fective verification scheme by continue cycle and to guide the operation of enterprises, and ultimately achieve the purpose of ensuring the quality of drugs.关键词
