摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the development strategy of PIVAS in the hospital. Methods The development strategy was explored by systematically analyzing the strengths ( S ) , weaknesses ( W ) , opportunities ( O ) and threats ( T ) of the PIVAS. Results SO ( strengths-opportunities ) , ST ( strengths-threats ) , WO ( weaknesses-opportunities ) and WT ( weaknesses-threats ) development strategy of PIVAS have be obtained by using SWOT analysis. SO development strategy was to implement specification and standard of industry strictly, and to fully play the role of pharmacist;ST development strategy was to enhance communication to improve the social recognition of PIVAS, and using standardized training to reduce the risk of career;WO development strategy was to promote professional skill of pharmacist, use the collective force of the departments, and pay reasonable charge for preparation;WT development strategy was to actively practice participating intravenous drug therapy with pharmacist in clinical. Conclusion PIVAS has its particular strengths and weaknesses. The new situation is full of opportunities and challenges for the development of PIVAS.关键词
