摘要
Abstract
Objective To comprehend the situation of insulin and insulin analogue usage in the recent 5 years. Methods The species, dosage, amount of money and DDDs of insulin and insulin analogue in the hospital in 2010-2014 were analyzed. Results The con-sumption cost of insulin and insulin analogue increases 22. 04% yearly. The amount of money of insulin glargine injection, isophane pro-tamine recombinant human insulin injection ( pre-mixed 30/70 ) and isophane protamine biosynthetic human insulin injection ( pre-mixed 3R ) were top three in the five years, accounting for more than 80%. The DDDs of these were also top three in the past five years, ac-counting for more than 50%. Conclusion The insulin and insulin analogue is widely used in the hospital. The dosage and amount of money are increased fast.关键词
