临床药师参与临床会诊235例分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the situation of clinical pharmacists′ participation in clinical consultation, and to provide reference for improving the professional quality of clinical pharmacists. Methods The data of clinical pharmacists′ participation in clinical consulta-tions from July 2014 to June 2016 in the hospital were analyzed, and the statistics and analysis were carried out from the aspects of quantity, type and department. Results 11 cases ( 4. 68% ) were hospital-level consultations, 224 cases ( 95. 32% ) were consultations be-tween departments;230 cases ( 97. 87% ) were consultations mainly on anti-infection treatment. In the total 15 clinical departments that were involved in consultations, the Department of Neurology were 44 cases ( 18. 72% ) , Urology 38 cases ( 16. 17% ) , Gastroenterology 38 cases ( 16. 17% ) , Respiratory 22 cases ( 9. 36% ) , ICU 21 cases ( 8. 94% ) , and others. Clinical pharmacists′ consultation opinions were adopted in 225 cases ( 95. 74%) . Conclusion Clinical pharmacists are playing an important role in clinical treatment, which is beneficial to clinical rational drug use.关键词
