2015年医院儿童应用止咳药处方分析
Analysis of Pediatric Antitussive Prescription in the Hospital in 2015
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the rational situation of antitussive use, especially the drug varieties selection and combination. Methods A retrospective prescription evaluation method was used to extract 9873 pediatric antitussive prescriptions in the hospital′s outpatient and emergency department in 2015. The analysis and evaluation of prescription drug use index and medication suitability were carried out. Results Irrational prescriptions accounted for 3. 88% ( 383/9873 ) of the total, the unreasonable situation mainly includes non-standard prescription ( 148 ) , inappropriate prescription ( 227 ) , and off-label prescription ( 8 ) . Conclusion It is helpful to promote the rationality of pediatric antitussive prescriptions and improve the overall quality of service of the hospital.关键词
