摘要

Abstract

Objective To develop a new HPLC method to generate the fingerprint of Ophiopogonis Radix cultivated in Sichuan province. Methods A total of 10 batches of Ophiopogonis Radix samples were analyzed by HPLC,and 8 reference substances were used for the identification of the common peaks. The fingerprint was further analyzed by similarity analysis,relative retention time analysis and relative peak area analysis. Results The similarities of all the samples tested were higher than 0. 900. The relative peak areas of the common peaks varied in a relatively wide range (RSD=7. 1% -71. 9%,n=10). Conclusion The method is simple,practical,suitable for industrial application,and could be used for the quality evaluation of Ophiopogonis Radix.
