芪冬颐心口服液治疗老年病毒性心肌炎临床研究
Clinical Efficacy and Prognosis of Qidong Yixin Oral Liquid on Elderly Patients with Viral Myocarditis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and prognosis of Qidong Yixin Oral Liquid on elderly patients with viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 250 elderly patients with viral myocarditis from January 2012 to January 2016 in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group (125 cases)and the experimental group (125 cases)according to the random number table. The control group was given routine treatment;the experimental group was given the oral administration of Qidong Yixin Oral Liquid based on the routine treatment. The clinical efficacy,the changes of inflammatory parameters and cardiac function before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90. 40%,which was significantly higher than 83. 20% of the control group (P < 0. 05);the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower in two groups than before treatment,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in the early diastolic filling peak velocity and late diastolic filling peak velocity (E/ A)between two groups (P > 0. 05);however,the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)was significantly higher,and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) was significantly lower after treatment (P < 0. 05),and the LVEF in the experimental group was significantly higher,LVEDD lower than that the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qidong Yixin Oral Liquid can effectively improve clinical efficacy,cardiac function and prognosis of the elderly patients with viral myocarditis, which has an important clinical significance and worth further clinical promotion.关键词
