美金刚联合奥氮平治疗伴发精神行为症状的老年痴呆临床研究

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical treatment strategy plan and clinical efficacy of memantine combined with olanzapine for treating behavioral and psychological symptoms in elderly patient with dementia. Methods 120 senile dementia cases of hospitalized patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,the memantine treatment group(group A),olanzapine treatment group (group B),and the memantine combined with olanzapine treatment group (group C),40 cases in each group. Before and after treatment of 2,4,8,12 weeks,MOCA and BEHAVE -AD scales were used to evaluate curative effect, TESS scales to evaluate drug adverse reactions. Results After treatment,compared with group A and B,group C had significant better results in BEHAVE-AD scale (P < 0. 05). When comparing the MOCA scale after treatment,group A and C had more improvement (P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and C was significantly lower than that in group B(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Memantine combined with olanzapine can quickly and effectively control the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,improve cognitive function and have less adverse reaction.关键词
