Abstract
Objective To study the different clinical efficacy between methotrexate combined with mifepristone and the single use of methotrexate on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 49 cases of patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in the hospital between January 2015 and July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the single dose of methotrexate was applied in group A(n=28), and the single dose of methotrexate combined with oral mifepristone was applied in group B(n=21). The blood β-HCG of all patients was followed up until the clinical symptoms disappeared (< 7 U/L). Results 8 cases in group A failed in conservative treatment,the total effective rate was 71. 43%;1 case in group B failed in conservative treatment,the effective rate was 95. 24%. It took (37 ± 7. 4)d for group A to make the β-HCG decreased to normal and group B took (31 ± 4. 1)d. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy can shorten the treatment time and improve the cure rate.关键词
