Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin decoction treatment for functional dyspepsia. Methods 80 patients with functional dyspepsia in the hospital from January to October 2016 were randomized into the control group (mosapride) and the observation group (Banxia Xiexin Decoction),40 cases in each group. The changes of symptom scores,the clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions during the treatment period in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the scores of clinical symptom such as belching(1. 12 ± 0. 24 vs 1. 83 ± 0. 25,t=3. 57,P < 0. 05),acid regurgitation(1. 12 ± 0. 23 vs 1. 76 ± 0. 34, t=3. 52,P < 0. 05),epigastric pain(1. 24 ± 0. 22 vs 2. 13 ± 0. 48,t=4. 09,P < 0. 05),epigastric fullness (1. 32 ± 0. 31 vs 2. 23 ± 0. 42,t=4. 21,P < 0. 05)were significantly decreased with statistical difference after treatment in the observation group;compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly increased with statistical difference in the observation group (92. 50% vs 75. 00%,χ2=4. 50,P < 0. 05);there were not severe adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms for patients with functional dyspepsia with significant efficacy and high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
