Abstract
Objective To analyze the practical effect of sorting analysis and ABC classification in hospital pharmacy management, and to understand and grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the two management methods. Methods All the storage data and actual sales data of the pharmacy in the whole year of 2014 were collected and integrated through the hospital information management system (HIS),and then processed using the sorting analysis method and the ABC classification method. Results The results of the sorting analysis method showed there were 178 kinds of key management drugs in the pharmacy, accounted for 23. 73% of all drugs in inventory, with a total amount of 36. 267 million yuan, accounting for 92. 01% of the total amount of purchase;the average turnover days of the pharmacy inventory was (5. 06 ± 1. 12)d,the average monthly drug inventory amount was 3. 564 million yuan;the drug sell-off rate was 0. 05% and the out-of-stock rate was 0. 72%. The results of the ABC classification method showed there were 112 kinds of key management drugs in the pharmacy, accounted for 14. 93% of all drugs in inventory, with a total amount of 28. 725 million yuan, accounting for 72. 87% of the total amount of purchase;the average turnover days of the pharmacy inventory was (8. 32 ± 1. 05)d,the average monthly drug inventory amount was 2. 448 million yuan;the drug sell-off rate was 0. 11% and the out-of-stock rate was 0. 94%. Conclusion Compared with sorting analysis method, the application effect of ABC classification method is relatively poor, and lacks of scientific nature and rationality;therefore, the procurement and storage of hospital pharmacy should be based on the results in the sorting analysis method to improve the drug turnover rate and the quality of management while ensuring the drug supply.关键词
