摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Shennai granules by orthogonal design .METHODS:By orthogonal design method, to set astragaloside and total saponins contents as indicators;ultrasonic power, solid-liquid rate, extraction time , extraction times were set as determination factors , and extraction technology of Shennai granules were optimized.RESULTS: The optimized extraction technology of Shennai granules were 8 times the amount of medicinal materials with 60% alcohol, 100 W power were adopted to extracted 3 times, 60 min for each.CONCLUSIONS: The technology is simple with good reproducibility , which can provide reference for the preparation of Shennai granules .
