马应龙麝香痔疮膏对直肠黏膜急性损伤的修复作用及机制研究
Study on the Repairing Effects and Mechanism of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment on Acute Injury of Rectal

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the repairing effects and mechanism of musk hemorrhoids ointment on acute injury of rectal .METHODS:240 male SD rats were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the serial number , with 120 cases in each .Two groups were general anesthetized with 3%acetic acid cotton swabs for 30 s.The observation group were given 20 mg musk hemorrhoids ointment after injury of 30 min, twice a day for 7 d;while the control group were not treated with any drugs .On the 7th day, after administration of 30 min, 24 h, 72 h and 120 h, 30 rats in each group were killed .Under 15-time magnifier, the morphological characteristics of rectum of two groups were observed .The hematoxylin-eosin stain was used to analyze the effects of musk hemorrhoids ointment on these indexes.RESULTS:After treatment of 24 h, 72 h and 120 h, the rectal mucosa damage score of observation group was lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After rectal mucosa damage of 24 h, the VEGF, MMP9 level of observation group were lower than those of control group ;after rectal mucosa damage of 72 h and 120 h, the positive expression rate of VEGF、iNOS、IL-8、MMP9、HIF-1α、PCNA was significantly lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: Musk hemorrhoids ointment can significantly relieve the acute rectal mucosal injury and accelerate the speed of wound healing .关键词
