活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗神经性头痛的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Huoxuequfengtongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of nerve headache .METHODS:160 patients with nerve headache admitted into Zhengzhou People's Hospital from Feb.2014 to Jul.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 80 cases in each.The control group were given acupuncture therapy , while the observation group were treated with Huoxuequfengtongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy .Various indicators and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and observed .RESULTS:After treatment , the single seizure duration , monthly seizure frequency , severity of headache , number of days with headache in two groups were improved compared with before treatment , and the indicators in observation group were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%(75/80), significantly higher than that of control group [75.00%(60/80)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Huoxuequfengtongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of nerve headache is significant with high safety .关键词
