膀胱癌术后吡柔比星膀胱内灌注的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in postoperative patients with bladder cancer .METHODS:100 cases of bladder cancer patients admitted from Sept .2012 to Sept .2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the lottery method , with 50 cases in each .The control group were treated with intravesical instillation of mitomycin , while the observation group received intravesical instillation of pirarubicin .RESULTS:The recurrence rate of observation group was 2.00%( 1/50 ) , significantly lower than that of control group 40.00%( 20/50 ); the recurrence time of observation group was ( 8.96 ±0.36 ) months, significantly better than that of control group [ ( 3.91 ±2.05 ) months ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group , yet the total effective rate and improvement of peripheral blood T cell subsets distribution were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in postoperative patients with bladder cancer is remarkable with high safety .关键词
