Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and nursing experience of Liushen pills combined with compound vitamin B in treatment of oral ulcer after leukemia chemotherapy .METHODS:80 patients with oral ulcer after leukemia chemotherapy admitted into Qianjiang Central Hospital from Aug .2014 to Aug.2016 were selected ,and according to the order of admission ,the single number as the control group , even as the observation group , with 40 cases in each .The control group were treated with Furacilin rinse slobber for oral care , while the observation group were given Liushen pills combined with compound vitamin B .The treatment effects of oral ulcer , changes of serum trace elements before and after treatment and immune function of erythrocytes of two groups were observed .Patients'satisfaction scores of two groups were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%(36/40), significantly higher than that of control group [77.5%(31/40)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than the control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of zinc , selenium and iron , immunity indicators of CD 3+, CD8+and NK level in observation group were significantly better than those in control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Liushen pills combined with compound vitamin B in treatment of oral ulcer after leukemia chemotherapy is significant , which can remarkably improve patients ' symptoms and contribute to the prognosis .关键词
